Agreement & Site Access

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, journal portals, manuscript submission portals, and publishing systems operated by RAME Publishers. By accessing this platform, creating an account, submitting research, or executing peer-review activities, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy.

Platform Availability: All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. RAME Publishers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or upgrade portal components, databases, or submission portals without prior individual notice.

Account Responsibilities & User Conduct

Users participating across our publishing workflow must maintain professional communication and security standards:

Account Accuracy: Authors, reviewers, and editors must provide verifiable institutional affiliations, ORCID credentials, and accurate contact details during profile registration.
Credential Confidentiality: Users are responsible for safeguarding login passwords and account sessions, and must promptly report suspected breaches to publisher@rame.org.in.
Ethical Workflow Engagement: Authors, reviewers, and editors agree to respond promptly to editorial communications and adhere strictly to COPE ethical publishing standards.
System Security: Users must not attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful scripts, run malicious scrapers, or disrupt server infrastructure.

Intellectual Property & Open Access Terms

Articles accepted for publication are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright ownership while granting RAME Publishers an exclusive license to publish, archive, and disseminate the Version of Record. All site branding, logos, layout architectures, and proprietary software interfaces remain the intellectual property of RAME Publishers.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Open-access publishing requires remitting an Article Processing Charge upon formal manuscript acceptance. APC payments support copyediting, similarity indexing (iThenticate), DOI registration (Crossref), and permanent digital repository preservation. All financial settlements are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

RAME Publishers and its editorial board shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or reliance on research findings. Authors assume sole legal responsibility for the veracity of their published work and agree to indemnify RAME Publishers against third-party claims arising from copyright infringement, defamation, or academic misconduct.

Violation of these Terms, submission of fraudulent datasets, or intentional breaches of academic integrity may result in account termination, manuscript rejection, and formal institutional notification.
