All scientific and engineering research articles published across journals by RAME Publishers are gold open access, meaning they are universally, immediately, and permanently free to read, download, print, search, link, and crawl upon publication without subscription paywalls or registration barriers.

In accordance with the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing and the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), open access at RAME Publishers satisfies two core criteria:

• Universal User License: The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship.
• Immediate Repository Archiving: A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in an appropriate standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or well-established international preservation network.

RAME Publishers standardizes its open access output on the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring legal certainty and maximum utility for global scholarship:

Under the CC BY license, users are permitted to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon research articles in any medium or format—even commercially—provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the source of publication, a link to the license is provided, and any modifications are indicated.
