Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Terms and Conditions of RAME Publishers must be accepted by the author during the initial and final submission stages.
• Authors are given sufficient time to decide whether they wish to publish with RAME Publishers before making payment or final submission.
• The journal performs editorial and publishing processes promptly, incurring costs and expenses that must be covered by the publication fee.
• Authors may withdraw their paper at any stage. RAME Publishers will have no objection if the withdrawn article is published elsewhere.
• If an author wishes to cancel the publication after completing the payment but before final submission, a 20% penalty and transaction charges will be deducted from the total amount.
• No refund will be issued if the author cancels the publication after completing the payment and final submission, or once the publication process has been completed.
• Authors from different organizations or countries must ensure their affiliations are correctly mentioned in the manuscript.
• Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is not under consideration or accepted for publication elsewhere. Any overlapping sections must be properly acknowledged and cited.
