Publication Fee Terms & Conditions
By submitting a manuscript to any journal published under RAME Publishers, authors agree to abide by the publishing terms, publication fee structures, and editorial processing workflows. Authors are given adequate time during the initial submission and peer-review phases to evaluate whether they wish to proceed with publication before processing article processing charges (APCs).
Editorial Cost Recovery: Initiating peer review, editorial evaluation, plagiarism screening, metadata registration, and digital typesetting incurs administrative and operational expenses that must be sustained by publication fees.
Withdrawal & Cancellation Terms
- Right to Withdraw: Authors retain the right to withdraw their manuscript at any stage prior to final publication formatting. RAME Publishers maintains no objection if a formally withdrawn article is subsequently submitted and published elsewhere.
- Pre-Submission Cancellation: If an author cancels publication after completing financial payment but prior to final manuscript formatting and issue compilation, a 20% administrative penalty plus bank transaction fees will be deducted from the total sum remitted.
- Post-Submission / Completion Non-Refundability: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if cancellation is requested after final submission has been processed, peer review and copyediting are completed, or the article has been published online in an issue.
Author Responsibilities & Compliance
To avoid administrative cancellation or financial penalties, authors must ensure compliance with core publishing standards prior to fee settlement:
- Authors must ensure that institutional affiliations, author order, and metadata details are accurately listed in the manuscript.
- Authors must verify that the submitted manuscript is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and free of plagiarism.
Manuscripts retracted or cancelled due to proven scientific misconduct, data fabrication, or severe copyright infringement after payment settlement are strictly ineligible for fee refunds.
