Academic Background & Professional Career

Dr. Kishor S. Rambhad earned his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. He completed his Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Heat Power Engineering at the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, and subsequently earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.

With over 18 years of combined academic teaching, industrial, and research experience, Dr. Rambhad currently serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at St. John College of Engineering and Management, Palghar, Maharashtra, India. His primary research domains include heat and mass transfer, refrigeration and air conditioning, renewable energy harvesting, and sorption technology.

Scholarly Contributions & Peer Reviewing

Dr. Rambhad has published 50+ research papers across international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He actively contributes to technological innovation, holding 3 research patents under active examination. Additionally, he has served as a keynote resource expert for academic research workshops, including research and review paper development programs at JSPM Narhe Technical Campus, Pune.

He has performed peer-review evaluations for scholarly international journals, including Energy Storage (Wiley), Applied Thermal Engineering (Elsevier), International Journal of Refrigeration (Elsevier), Environment, Development and Sustainability (Springer), ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering (American Chemical Society), and The Open Petroleum Engineering Journal (Bentham Open).
