Dr. Manoj A. Kumbhalkar received his Degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Degree of Master of Technology in CAD/CAM and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. He has awarded as a M. Tech. Topper by Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Research & Technology, Chandrapur.

He received recognition as a PG Teacher and PhD Guide from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). He authored several peer-reviewed articles published in highly reputable outlets. He has worked as a Conference Chair of many conferences and also convener/coordinator for workshops/STTP. He has worked as a managing guest editor of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Today: Proceedings and AIP Conference Proceedings. He is serving as an Editor-In-Chief of Dr. Manoj A. Kumbhalkar. He reviewed many papers of peer reviewed journals of Springer, Elsevier, IOP Publishing, Taylor & Francis, etc. Also, on many occasions, he has worked as a technical committee for conferences, journals, and workshops, as an international reviewer and editorial board member. There is total 27 National/International conference papers and 40 journal papers (includes Elsevier, Springer, IoP, Inderscience, MDPI), 5 books, 3 international book chapter and 3 patent on his name.

His research interests include machine design, failure analysis, computer aided design, finite element analysis, vibration and biomechanics. He has total 15 years of teaching experience and currently working as an Associate Professor and Head of Mechanical Engineering Department in JSPM Narhe Technical Campus, Pune, Maharashtra, India. He is also working as a Director of Research Association of Masters of Engineering, India.
